  4. પછી બટર લો તેમા લસણ ની પેસટ અને ધાણા ભાજી ઊમેરી તે રેડી કરેલ બટર ને રોટલા પર લગાવો.
  5. પછી તેમા અડધા રોટલા પર ચીઝ, જેલેપેનોઝ, કોન નુ પુરણ ભરી દો.
  6. પુરણ ભરયા બાદ તે ને અડધા રોટલા થી કવર કરીલો અને તેના પર ફરી લસણ વાળુ બટર લગાવો.
  7. બટર લગાવયા બાદ તેના પર પીસ કરી લો.
  8. પછી ઢોકળીયા મા આખુ મીઠુ નાખી ઢોકળીયુ ગરમ થઈજાય એટલે તેનાપર ડીશ મુકી તેમા રેડી કરેલી બ્રેડ મુકી તેને ૧૫ મીનીટ થવા દો.
